Chopped Salad
Description
A chopped salad brimming with freshness. Ham, chickpeas, feta and olives add their own distinctive flavors and textures to this salad that is dressed with an herbed vinaigrette.Ingredients
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup chopped iceberg lettuce
1 cup diced roasted red bell peppers or pimientos
1 cup cooked or canned, drained chickpeas
1 cup diced cooked ham
1⁄2 cup diced feta cheese
1⁄2 cup diced black pitted olives
Herbed vinaigrette dressing
Methods/Steps
1. In mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except vinaigrette. Add vinaigrette and toss well.
2. For service, portion into individual bowls or containers.
