This Japanese noodle restaurant makes the best ramen I’ve ever had. This choice features the original silky "Tonkotsu" (pork) soup noodles topped with Ippudo's secret "Umami Dama" miso paste, pork chashu, cabbage and mushrooms with a touch of garlic. The broth is outstanding. I had to wait 45 minutes to eat, but it was worth it.

An outstanding version of this preparation. The eggplant is crispy but not fried, the ricotta filling is light and lovely. It’s very delicate and luscious.

Chilled Maine Lobster Salad with Yuzu Vinaigrette

The lobster was impeccably fresh and the yuzu vinaigrette very creamy. Peppercress and cucumber gelee helped round out the salad. Lobster sometimes has the tendency to bite back, but this was quite delicious.
