Richard Blais, the winner of last season’s Top Chef, is a very talented young chef who opened this sci-fi burger place. I’ve traveled all over the globe and been to practically every ice bar, but he delivers the coldest, iciest milkshake in the world using molecular gastronomy techniques. The Crispy Okra is also great. It’s coated with a light, crunchy tempura batter; the best fried okra this side of the Mississippi.

This artisan plate of glorious Southern vegetables reminded me of Sunday dinner growing up. It tasted like home but the presentation and quality was definitely five-star, created by executive chef Ryan Smith.
