David Morton—co-owner of Chicago’s DMK Burger Bar, Fish Bar and Ada St.—teamed up last year with a local management company and services and construction company to launch Restaurant 911. The service’s great idea? One call to reach licensed and vetted plumbers, electricians, carpenters and more that specialize in restaurant work.
